Growing up in Mumbai, I was surrounded by the vibrant sights and scents of local spice markets. These early experiences ignited my passion for cooking and inspired me to share the incredible flavors of Indian cuisine with others. My background includes a Master's in Nutrition and Dietetics from Columbia University, which has equipped me with a deep understanding of how to create nutritious and delicious meals.

Through Ascend Gourmet Foods, LLC, I craft artisanal spice blends that transform everyday meals into extraordinary experiences. Many of these blends are cherished family recipes, while others are the result of my culinary experiments. Our commitment is to bring you the highest quality spices, available on our website and in select New Jersey stores like Linda’s Creative Gifts in New Providence and India Bazaar in East Hanover.
