1 large head Cauliflower
1 Tablespoon oil
2 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced thinly
1 teaspoon Thai red curry paste, store bought
1 tablespoon cilantro leaves, washed and chopped finely
1 teaspoon lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon salt
Cut the cauliflower into florets. Set aside.
In a sauté pan add oil, cauliflower, garlic. Fry the ingredients until they are slightly cooked.
Add red curry paste, little water, salt. cook until the cauliflower is cooked.
Add lemon juice and cilantro leaves and serve hot.
