Zucchini with Harissa Sauce


2 large zucchini, cut into a 2-inch cubes

2 tablespoon of store-bought harissa sauce

1 to 2 tablespoon canola oil

1 teaspoon of salt

Heat the oven to 400 degrees.

Take a large sheet pan, add the cubed zucchini. Add oil and salt. Mix it well.

Cook the zucchini for 20 minutes. Check if it is cooked.

Once cooked arrange it on a plate and add a tiny dollop of harissa on each zucchini. Serve hot.
