Duration of Class: 30 to 40 minutes Spicy Cauliflower with Potatoes Ingredient List: 1 small head of Cauliflower, cut it to 1-inch florets 2 medium Potatoes, peeled and chopped into small pieces 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 1 teaspoon coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon cayenne powder or chili powder 1 green chili, remove the seeds if you don’t want it hot 1 teaspoon, freshly ground pepper 1 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoon oil Cucumber Raita Ingredient list: 1 large English cucumber 2 cloves garlic, peeled and thinly sliced 2 cups plain yogurt, preferably Greek 2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil 1 green chili, seeds removed and finely chopped 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon olive oil 2 tablespoon mint leaves or cilantro
