Come join us for a delicious Summer Barbecue Indian Style. In this class, you will learn how to make 2 different Indian marinades, one for chicken and another for shrimp. This is a cook along class. So light up your grill and enjoy some Summer Barbecue, Indian Style. Garlic Shrimp Fry Ingredients: 1 fresh green chili 3 to 4 garlic cloves, finely grated 2 teaspoon ground pepper 1 tablespoon lemon juice or lime juice 2 tablespoons oil. Plus some when you are grilling 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined, tail intact 1 teaspoon salt Grilled Chicken Indian Style Ingredients: 8 to 10 pieces of chicken thighs or drumsticks, skin removed, pat dry 1 1/2 tablespoon coriander seeds 2 teaspoons whole black peppercorns 1 teaspoon cumin seed 6 to 8 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped finely 2-inch fresh ginger 3 tablespoon canola oil 3 to 4 tablespoons of water 4 tablespoon lemon juice 1/2 to 2 teaspoon chili powder 1 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup cilantro leaves 1 to 2 limes or lemons
