Keralan Fish curry is from a state in South India. This fish curry is easy to make and tasty to savor. It uses coconut milk and spices to create a complex mélange of flavors. You can serve this with rice or bread and a salad or vegetable as a side. Ingredient List: 2 pounds of fish fillets without bones 1 tablespoon canola oil 1 teaspoon turmeric 2 medium sized onions 2 red hot chilies, cut into small pieces 1 inch piece ginger-root, peeled and finely chopped into thin strips 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin 2 tablespoons cilantro leaves, chopped finely 2 tablespoon tamarind concentrate 13.5 fluid ounces tinned coconut milk 1 tablespoon clam juice optional 2 tablespoon cilantro leaves, finely chopped 1 teaspoon salt
