Mint chutney is very versatile and can be used in different ways. It can be used as a dip withtortilla chips or fish sticks. It can also be used as a marinade or as a sauce to enhance the flavorof the dish.
Ingredients: Mint leaves, cilantro leaves, pomegranate seeds, lemon juice, water, fresh green serrano peppers, sugar, salt.
Lamb Chops with Mint Chutney
1/2 bottle of Mint Chutney!
Rack of Lamb Chops
2 lemons, cut into pieces
1/2 teaspoon salt
Add salt to the lamb chops. Open the jar of Mint chutney and rub the lamb chops with it. Let itsit for 15 minutes . Grill the lamb chops until done. Sprinkle the lemon juice from some of thecut lemons. Serve the remaining sauce and lemons with the lamb chops.
