Garlic and fresh red pepper chutney can be used a dip with savory snacks or in sandwiches and even pizzas to give it a garlicky kick.

 

Ingredients: Red bell peppers, green chile pepper, black peppercorns, peeled sliced ginger, fresh garlic cloves, ground paprika, cayenne pepper, ajwain seeds, lime juice, salt.

    4 Sheets of Phyllo sheets

    1 packet of frozen peas

    1 green chili, chopped finely

    1 small piece of ginger, peeled and chopped finely

    2 cloves of garlic, peeled and chopped finely

    1 small onion, peeled and chopped finely

    2 potatoes, boiled and peeled, and cut into small cubes

    1 teaspoon cumin powder

    1 teaspoon coriander powder

    1 cup cilantro leaves, chopped finely

    1 tablespoon oil

    1 teaspoon salt

     

    Cook the pea mixture by add oil in a pan. Add the boiled potatoes, garlic, ginger, onion, chili, cumin powder, coriander powder salt and cilantro leaves. cook this mixture until all of this is cooked.

    Take 4 sheets of Phyllo sheets. Place one sheet of phyllo and cut it into 4 strips. Place the other 3 sheets under a damp towel. Place the mixture at one end of the sheet and make a triangle. Now turn it. Every turn has to look like a triangle. When you are at the end you will have a flap. tuck the flap and stick it with some water. Make all the samosas until you don’t have any phyllo sheets. You should have 16 samosas.

     

    Bake it at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve hot with the garlic fresh red pepper chutney.
